以大阪外道、大阪蛇道等为舞台描写黑社会。杉村春生因伤害事件而在监狱度过了2年，出狱后被发掘，在南八番兴业的黑金业者工作。那里是以前的类黑金业者，面谈后让其在借书上签字后借出，面谈·贷款由社长南宗卫门和儿子南三藏进行，提拔杉村的老职员酒井法子负责。杉村一边从酒井他们那里学习黑金业的经验科技，一边从各种各样的借主那里讨价还价。。Ricky is the hottest water-ski instructor around and he has just be rehired by his former employer/camp to whip up attendance.
