故事承接《鬼灭之刃柱训练篇》。。中缅边境某界碑附近贩毒行为猖獗,为打击跨境贩毒行为,缅甸和中国决定进行联合行动,将以鬼叔为首的贩毒集团一举捣毁。这天,队长邱明泽得知消息,清晨会有毒贩自中缅边境越境,于是便带领雷大鹏谭清泉等人提前埋伏在了中缅边境的半山腰上。天刚蒙蒙亮,毒贩司马彪如期而至,当司马彪发现有警察埋伏在山腰后，穷凶极恶的毒贩们开枪拒捕后逃往了境外,在围捕毒贩的过程中,刀小美的未婚夫谭清泉不幸遇难。一个月后,仍沉浸在悲痛中的刀小美接到任务,假扮成毒贩孟啸的前女友玉罕深入贩毒集团内部,引出主谋端掉毒窝。我国缉毒方则派出卧底黎战波,缅甸派出卧底波巴曼进入贩毒组织接应……。The Lego Star Wars animated sequel is a continuation of the story that began in 2024 with Rebuild the Galaxy.
