在一辆会飞的大房车里，住着三个小伙伴：他们是活泼开朗、乐于助人的跳龙小朋友，温柔善良、又是班上“好学生”的秋秋小朋友，以及憨厚纯朴但有点懒惰的呼噜小朋友。而他们所住的房车被亲切地称为“快乐家家车”。每天，他们开着“快乐家家车”去上学，在学校里与老师和同学们之间发生了种种趣事，并且快乐地成长着。 本片是由上海美术电影制片厂在1997年拍摄完成的动画。。After the relatively low box office takings of 'Intolerance', D. W. Griffith would revisit his epic film three years later by releasing two of the film's interlocking stories as standalone features, with some new additional footage. The first of the two was 'The Fall of Babylon', which depicts the conflict between Prince Belshazzar of Babylon and Cyrus the Great of Persia.。原本过着平凡校园生活的哈小浪和其余十一星狗小伙伴等人，在一次时空怀表破裂时，被吸入了不同的时空裂缝中。他们分别来到了远古时代、沙漠金字塔和冰河时期等不同时代空间进行冒险和寻找时空怀表的碎片，希望能用完整的时空怀表回到自己原本的时空里。。
