実在の暴走族グループ「スペクター」を題材に、実録ものや漫画原作で知られる作家・上之二郎が著したドキュメント風フィクション『暴走戦国史』。そのOVA化。 1970年代初頭。一人の男が、関東に群れなしていたカミナリ族やサーキット族を統一した。その男こそ、弱冠17歳で暴走族「スペクター」の初代リーダーとなった島田英治だった。だが多くの抗争を経て島田は少年院に送られ、スペクターの統治は二代目リーダー・加賀美に託される。その頃の関東は、すでに暴走族の戦国時代。やがてスペクターと対抗する神奈川の暴走族たちとの戦いは、伝説の「七里ヶ浜事件」へと突入し……。。When the world is in danger, superheroes come to rescue humanity. they are stronger, faster, smarter than ordinary people and are willing to sacrifice themselves for the sake of others. Nerd, Swagger, Bitch, Rocker and Loser go clubbing ...。逃亡十二年后，职业罪犯Trojan重返柏林，准备找工作开始新的生活。四处碰壁后，他不得不同意参与盗窃一幅名贵的油画。然而，这场事先精心策划的犯罪很快就失去了控制。Trojan将再次陷入生死攸关的境地。。
