After amusements working in a restaurant, Charlie uses his lunch break to go roller skating. Mr. Stout makes advances toward the unwilling Edna (whose father and Mrs. Stout had earlier carried on in the restaurant). After a roller skate ballet, Charlie (now as Sir Cecil Seltzer) is invited to a party at Edna's. All the "couples", including a new partner for Mr. Stout. show up.。片中钱嘉乐“弃武弄琴”，饰演一个倒霉的音乐家，后来有个机会发财了，最后才发现有些东西不是钱可以买得来的，开心就好。讲述音乐人程翼（钱嘉乐饰），在乐坛十多年，因性格高傲一直怀才不遇，过着穷困潦倒的生活。。
