Syfy直接预订12集超自然题材剧集《Superstition》，本剧背景设置在新奥尔良外的一个神秘的小镇，由XLrator Media和Mario Van Peebles制作。Mario Van Peebles将和Barry Gordon一同担任制作人，还将执笔、执导、参演该剧；由Joel Anderson Thompson出品。本剧将在2017年年初展开制作，将于同年晚些时候播出。 本剧主要讲述了Mosley一家生活在新奥尔良郊外一个虚构的小镇上，他们开了镇上唯一一家殡仪馆，同时也熟悉这个小镇黑暗的秘密和历史。镇上凶宅知名﹑墓地越来越多﹑镇民怪异﹑有很多灵异现象，而这一切的始作俑者就是古老而神秘的恶棍The Dredge。。台东的飙车王林港（刘德华饰）在一次飚车比赛中与当地黑帮起冲突，杀死了一名黑帮要员而逃到了香港，投靠了当地黑帮老大顶爷。顶爷安排林港住在手下焦贵的情妇阿Sue（吕秀菱饰）家，林港则和焦贵一起负责黑帮的生意买卖。一次焦贵和湖南大圈仔帮交易时私吞金表，不知就里的林港帮焦贵击退了大圈仔，令大圈华（王霄饰）误以为是林港私吞了金表。大圈仔帮四处找林港寻仇，阿Sue亦牵涉其中，同时，警方亦威逼利诱林港作线人。无奈之下，林港和阿Sue逃回了大陆暂避风头，然而依旧逃不过大圈仔帮的追杀，林港最终命运如何？。They served their country overseas.
