Hugo Llor, a 12-year-old boy who spends most of his time on the streets. His day is also spent in the shipyards and his dream is to become a shipbuilding craftsman, although his fate is uncertain. Hugo's life is not easy, he is a very lonely boy and his mother is forced to move away from him, but he has the support and protection of a respected old man: Arnau Estanyol.。老韩头从京剧院看大门的岗位退休后，生活极其茫然。一天，他在街头转悠时结识有些呆傻的何明，何明看他无聊，就带他去看公园围墙下一群退休老票友唱戏，因为在京剧院多年的耳濡目染，老韩头说了些颇为专业的话，令大伙对其特别佩服，自此，老韩头与这些老票友交上了朋友，并兴致勃勃地办起了老年京剧活动站，做起了站长。 为参加春节庙会，活动站大伙日以继夜地赶排节目，不为拿大奖，图的是个可乐。过程中老韩头热心过度，又因在考勤等方面要求异常严格，渐渐引起大伙的不满，最终一齐向他爆发。听着大伙你一言我一语的指责，老韩头气得一脸铁青却又不置可否，摔门而出在大街上乱转了一通后，他又不知不觉回到了活动站。。
