在某个毫无征兆的日子，某高中二年级女生仁科爱梨（樱庭奈奈美 饰）从昏迷中醒来，发现自己和町村诚一郎等10名同龄人被被关在一栋废弃的建筑物中。他们来到一间空屋子，通过电视机播放的内容，发现自己被迫置于某个奇怪的游戏中：十位“村民”中混入了两只“人狼”，村民们必须在规定的时间内票选出人狼并杀掉他，而未达成目标或者任何违反规定的做法都可能招致自身的死亡。爱梨的朋友尚子对此嗤之以鼻，结果在拉开门的一瞬间便当中惨死。这一幕吓坏了其他的年轻人，他们一方面渴望得到营救，一方面想方设法要完成可怕的游戏。恐怖的气氛肆意弥漫，性命与人性承受莫大的考验…… 本片根据川上亮的小说原作改编。。Juju in contemporary Lagos, through three stories.
