本作は『スーパーロボット大戦』の名を冠する初のアニメーション作品である。ただし、タイトル通り版権作品の登場しない『OG』シリーズの枠の中でのリリースとなっている。『OG2』終了後の物語であり、そこで起きた「バルトール事件」をアニメ化したオリジナルストーリー。 制作会社は、TVアニメ『スーパーロボット大戦OG -ディバイン・ウォーズ-』のOLMではなくブレインズ・ベース。 ドラマCDは、OVAに登場しないキャラの物語に加え、OVA前日談とおちゃらけた後日談となっている。また、本編での説明不足の部分はかなり補足されている。。When Joan’s husband dies, she is shocked to discover he had invented an elixir which makes the drinker look young again. Sharing it with her two friends, the three women paint the town red but soon discover that they are no longer equipped to be young in the modern world.。
