特工编号C9的余小娇（高海宁饰）隶属的特工组织香港分部无故爆炸，小娇自此与总部失去联络。及后小娇下嫁忠厚老实的卖菜佬高大劲（马国明饰），每天忙着照顾大劲一班麻烦多多却温暖无比的家人，过了四年平凡幸福的师奶生活。没料到昔日的特工拍档B3（黎诺懿饰）突然现身，邀请小娇调查特工分部爆炸原因，以及找回分部被炸毁后失踪的VT神经毒剂。从此，小娇开始过着师奶及特工的双重生活。大劲无意中得悉小娇的特工身份，一时未能接受。冷战期间，大劲认清对小娇的感情，真心接纳小娇。未几，小娇发现B3竟是炸毁特工分部的叛徒，并利用小娇夺取VT神经毒剂谋利。小娇与毫无特工技能的大劲夫妻同心，携手对付B3，力保世界和平！。杰瑞教鼠小弟学习如何在汤姆睡着的时候捉弄他以及偷取食物，结果反被鼠小弟捉弄，鼠小弟和汤姆也成为了好朋友。。San Kaew is a cunning girl who disguised herself as a boy to find her real dad.
