「黑子的篮球」是一部与篮球运动相关的作品，讲述以篮球出名的帝光中学曾出了五位被称为“奇迹世代”的球员，但事实上“奇迹世代”是有第六位成员，他就是本作的男主角黑子哲也。如梦幻般的第六人不选择篮球高校，而是选上了一所新建的学校诚凛高校。在这里，黑子遇上了从美国回来的另一位男主角火神大我，两人的相遇，将会带领着诚凛去挑战各位“奇迹世代”的球员。。Mr. North, a stranger to a small, but wealthy, Rhode Island town, quickly has rumors started about him that he has the power to heal people's ailments. The rumors are magnified by his tendency to collect negative charges and give shocks to anyone he touches. In his adventures he befriends an old man who is a shut-in and helps him rediscover the world.。
