天宇公司的当红网络游戏突然瘫痪了，这影响了众多的游戏用户，并引起了晚报记者沈安的注意。公司董事乔启山借机安排养子乔天宇进入公司担任要职，乔天宇想通过沈安刊发有利公司形象的文章遭到拒绝，遂对沈安刮目相看。一个神秘电话打进报社，沈安前去赴约，因堵车线索中断。乔天宇决定用选秀比赛挽回公司形象，为了帮小裁缝韩小芳圆梦，也为了调查，沈安决定参赛。单恋乔天宇的富家女苏珊处处刁难沈安，沈安无意间得到一个硬盘，却被人窃取。沈安和韩小芳在比赛中夺冠，颁奖时舞台坍陷，韩小芳重伤，乔天宇发现幕后的推手竟是乔启山。公司总裁乔丽莎查出了游戏瘫痪的真相，为拿到乔启山利用游戏平台进行赌博的罪证，沈安、乔天宇、乔丽莎联合了起来，一场斗智斗勇的较量展开。最终，乔启山得到了法律的制裁，乔天宇和沈安收获了珍贵的爱情。。Morse finds himself the subject of a murder investigation when his friend, Beryl Newsome, is murdered at a rehearsal of the Magic Flute and he foolishly touches the murder weapon.
