北漂青年周海（董博睿 饰）与小棠（雅玫 饰）青梅竹马，两人相濡以沫一路打拼。周海职场得意将迎娶小棠，小棠却在旅途中神秘失踪。一晃三年，同一条路、同一间旅馆，周海每年都来寻找，他坚信小棠活着。 和以往不同，这一次线索接连出现，周海抽丝剥茧，一个又一个谜团被解，沿着蛛丝马迹揪出了幕后人物：职场对手David（王程 饰）或者杀人狂老三（颜玮良 饰）。小棠被困地下室的视频随之曝光，然而距离真相越近，周海越发觉得自己正落入一个又一个无限死循环的圈套之中……。When a casino owning dog named Charlie is murdered by his rival Carface, he finds himself in Heaven basically by default since all dogs go to heaven. However, since he wants to get back at his killer, he cons his way back to the living with the warning that doing that damns him to Hell. Once back, he teams with his old partner, Itchy to prep his retaliation. He also stumbles on to an orphan girl who can talk to the animals, thus allowing him to get the inside info on the races to ensure his wins。
