Two young boys, best friends Malik and Eric, discover the joys and hardships of growing up in the sprawling Cabrini-Green public housing complex in 1992 Chicago in the latest film from director Minhal Baig (Hala, TIFF ’19).。神秘而可爱的伦敦男子雷最近刚从精神病院释放出来，回到那个过分溺爱的哥哥身边。刚开始一切都很顺利，雷为哥哥干活，过着不一样的新生活。但是当雷迷上神秘莫测的格拉斯哥人劳拉之后，他开始停止服药，事情开始失控……。
