本作叙述二大宗教佛教与基督教的创始者——佛祖和耶稣，两人在度过世纪末后到人间度假，在东京一起租了间公寓过生活的故事。剧情大多围绕在二人与现代社会的互动以及各种取材自佛教与基督教的题材元素上。。Six teenagers experience tumultuous vacation at the Baltic Sea with a lot of sun and beach. At the holiday home they meet the sexologist Ellen.
