故事围绕一位叫做『千早』的平凡普通女高中生，某一日，一只粉红色、貌似特大号松鼠的动物突然闯进更衣室，被众人追的到处乱窜。不过千早看到它的时候，却产生一种似曾相似的感觉……命运的相逢即将带领千早展开不可思议的冒险！。本剧讲述了青年医生宫本步在担任整形外科医生的同时，还被任命兼任医院近年来开始大力发展的“山地诊疗科”。高中毕业以来，回到故乡长野的步，因为从小就在山里长大，所以一直对大山有着特殊的感情。作为医生，他没有什么特别的目标，志向也很迷茫，只是一副随大流的样子，但在山地医疗队的日子里，他开始一点点地成长。。Four stories of ordinary yet colorful people caught in extraordinary situations are cleverly interwoven in this funny, bittersweet portrayal of urban life set during a single night in Romania’s chaotic capital city.
