《美之壶》是向大家介绍生活中各种隐藏之美的全新艺术鉴赏节目，涉及日本建筑、料理、工艺美术、风景等多个方面，日史译组将精选部分剧集制作，如《江户的古地图》、《城下町》、《寿司》、《日本妖怪绘》等等，定能让您全方面的了解日本文化。 “壶”在日本语里，除了有汉语“壶”的意思之外，亦有“要点、关键”的意思。历史上，日本本土文化在外来文明之新风的吹拂下，不断绽放出日本所独有的文化之花。节目把日本文化的美之元素以及鉴赏法，通俗易懂地分成若干个“要点、关键点”（即：壶的含义），随着悠扬的爵士乐，日本文化的形式之美，以及与古今东西美丽事物的配合之妙，将会在节目中，向观者娓娓道来。。The dream of sending humans to Mars is closer than ever before.
