研究院的宗旨是寻找特殊人群观察他们的行为，以总结规划出人类未来应对恶劣环境的方法，来自台湾的心理学家郑靖接到心理检查任务，去观察一名资料中所阐述的比其他人活的更久的实验对象姜殊瞳。起初，郑靖并不相信姜殊瞳的说法，他认为姜殊瞳是典型的妄想症，所以随着交谈的深入，他试图用简单的方法把姜殊瞳带入到催眠的状...。《翻过那些山》根据顾文显本人发表于《故事林》的故事《揪心的憾事》改编，是一部反映偏远山村教育问题的影片，影片讲述了90年代初，一个生活在偏僻山村的农民王梦学为了向上不起学的学龄儿童传授知识，克服重重困难私自办学，并为山村教育不惜献身的感人故事。。A Coming of Rage story coming to Netflix in 2022.
